Our Mission

To See people Experience Life Change through Jesus Christ

Our Vision

Is to Build a Life-Giving Church that reaches the Nation of Ireland

|Core Values

01

 We Are Raising & Releasing

We seek to raise people up & release them into their God given potential. We choose to release people into the role that matches their gifting, and don’t hold on but rather release them fully trusting that the Holy Spirit will fulfil his purpose through their lives. We choose to place the relationship over the role believing that God will honour the stewardship of the relationship by fulfilling the role.

02

We Have Thick Skin & A Soft Heart

We are not afraid to offend for the sake of the mission & vision of the church. We are willing to be offended & not take it to heart but rather from a place of compassion we choose to surrender, forgive, and learn where we need to. We love always, everyone, at all times, no matter the cost. But never shy from the truth while always communicating & exemplifying grace.

03

 We Are Thermostats Not Thermometers

We set the atmosphere, we set the bar that others will rise to, and we will not lower due to any lack of energy, criticism or crowd, even if it’s just us we will lead. We are aware of the temperature but we do not lower our expectations nor our conviction due to cultural opinion, difference in style or questioning motive and/or execution of leadership. We set a welcoming atmosphere always. We embody our name, Open Arms, through everything we do throughout all environments. We are an inclusive family, but absolutely exclusive when it comes to the truth of God’s word & holding others accountable to his truth.

|Leadership Principles

01

We are generous. We give away what we have to others in order to influence & see others go further faster through shared wisdom, knowledge & resources.

02

We raise leaders. By identifying, investing & building up those with

05

We are not afraid to offend others for the sake of the mission & vision of the church. This can mean making tough decisions for the sake of the church over the individual.

06

We are wiling to be offended & not take it to heart, but rather from a place
of compassion surrender, forgive, and learn where we need to. Even if it
means learning from criticism we receive.

07

We love always, everyone, at all times, no matter the cost. But never shy from the truth while always communicating & exemplifying grace.

08

We set the atmosphere in every environment. We set the bar that others will rise to. We will not lower due to any lack of energy, criticism or crowd. Even if it’s just us we will lead.

We are aware of the temperature but we do not lower our expectations nor
our conviction due to cultural opinion, difference in style or questioning

|Our Beliefs

01

 The Bible

The Bible (the Old and New Testaments), as the inspired
Word of God and the infallible
all sufficient rule for faith and practice.

02

 The Trinity

The Unity of the One True Living and Loving God Who is the Eternal, Self-Existent I AM and Who has also revealed Himself
as One being in three Persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

03

 Christ

The Virgin Birth, sinless life, miraculous ministry, substitutionary atoning death, bodily resurrection, triumphant ascension and abiding intercession of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in His Second coming as the blessed hope set before all believers, to reign as King in glory.
