POSITION: Central Administrator & Operations Assistant.
LOCATION: Based in Newbridge, Co. Kildare.
HOURS: Part Time (20 hours Tuesday - Thursday) with potential to grow to full time.
DESCRIPTION / SUMMARY:
The Central Administrator & Operations Assistant is all about having fun even when stress is high! They love to work hard, get the job done, get things checked off the list and be a part of a fast paced team. They love computers and all the fun apps to keep us productive, and they are passionate about being a key part of a life-giving Church with a vision to see people experience life change through Jesus Christ.
This person will be responsible for all central administration of Open Arms Church under the direction and leadership of Open Arms Associate Pastor & Operations Director. This role is also responsible to support and maintain excellence in our central operations and will also directly support special project management and any other assistance required in the area of administration and operations.

Central office & administrative management (phones, emails, general admin, communications).
Church-wide calendar & scheduling management.
Resolve administrative challenges by coordinating preparation of reports, analysing data and proposing solutions.
Coordinate, assist & complete projects under direction from Operations Director.
Assist with managing special events and projects - monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Provides support at special events at any Open Arms Church location.
2-3 years administrative management experience in fast paced environments desirable.
Minimum third level qualification required.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Proficient with mobile phone applications.
