PJ & Elizabeth Booth
Our story started in the heart of PJ and Elizabeth Booth in 1991 when their lives were completely transformed by God. A passion formed to see God move through the local church and impact the community of Newbridge, Co. Kildare.
In 1996, PJ, Elizabeth and a few core leaders met together to pray. It was over the next 4 years that everything started to come together and an exciting journey began that has led us to become a local church that has not only impacted our community, but is impacting our nation.
Open Arms Church was launched on Easter Sunday 2000 with 30 people. Since then, God has moved in amazing ways and has used Open Arms to change thousands of lives in the Leinster area and beyond. Today we have 800 people attending our church in Open Arms Kildare.
Sean & gillian Booth
Sean and Gillian Booth have recently launched a vibrant and growing church in the heart of South Dublin in March 2018. In 2012 God put it on their heart to plant a church in South Dublin. This vision of a life giving church in a growing community has continued to develop and become a reality over the last 6 years.
Sean and Gillian have three young boys, Levi, Liam and Isaac, and are passionate about seeing people find new life through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Their heart is that everyone would know that there is hope and life found in Jesus and to build a life giving church that brings hope to our city, health to our community and create an environment that empowers people to live out their God-given calling.
