For everyone currently involved or interested in joining the Worship & Production ministry at Open Arms: Each week, we’ll focus on building stronger relationships, deepening our intimacy with God through scripture, prayer and discussion, having a good laugh together, and encouraging one another in faith. We’ll also dedicate time to spiritual and practical preparation for Sunday Services.

For those of us – men and women – who have already attained or are approaching the season of retirement and whose aim, way down the road , is to be able to say, like Paul: “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith”. (2 Timothy 4:7) We will gather around God’s word, pray, invite discussion on life’s challenges and reflect on Sunday’s message.

The challenge before us is to read a specific passage of scripture each day, building up to having read/re-read another book of the Bible. Each evening you will receive a WhatApp text with details of what we plan to read on the next day followed by a monthly meeting where we discuss the book we have been reading.

Together in Grace is a safe and grace filled space for young women who are navigating mental health challenges while seeking to grow closer to God. Together, we’ll explore how Scripture speaks into anxiety, depression, grief, identity, and healing.
Through honest conversation, prayer, and God’s Word, we’ll remind one another that we are not alone and that our struggles do not disqualify us from God’s love. Our goal is to support one another while learning to trust God with our minds, hearts, and testimonies.
